Welcome to Hybrid Fitness Academy

I believe there's a superhero inside everyone, they just need to understand how their body moves to find It. I have been a fitness professional for over three years now and an athlete my entire life. As a child I was originally introduced to karate in South America. From there I continued my martial arts training when I moved to the US and eventually ended up competing nationally in JuiJitsu tournaments.

If 25 miles on the treadmill or 25 push-ups seems to have become monotonous - it is because they are. I offer a different kind of workout, one that uses functional patterns that use natural body movements and apply resistance to them in order to help you build strength endurance. My knowledge and experience allow me to tailor a challenge workout for your individual wants and needs.
